I’ve had a couple people who have had success buying or selling a coupe on this site ask if I would accept small finders or sellers fees. Of course I’ll accept, but do not feel in any way obligated. M Coupes are a passion of mine and while this site takes quite a bit of work to maintain, I really do enjoy all of it.

Guarantee: All money donated to this site will never be used to pay for time, web hosting, etc. It will all be deposited directly into my “Coupe Fund”.

    It is a Yellow on extended red interior. I just asked the guy to send me the vin. It definitely is a 2001 but I can’t locate it in your database. The short vin is LJ15418. Can you shed some light on it? I am planning to go check it out.

      My database is just for the M Coupes. I don’t have all the non-M Z3 Coupe production information yet. That’s got to be a very rare color combo though. The extended red leather, especially with the aluminum center console, is awesome and pretty rare. It really looks great for the mileage and is one of the better looking extended leather interiors I’ve come across. It seems like a pretty good deal considering the rarity.

      Stanley has had his coupe on and off the market for the last 1.5 years or so. It is super nice.

    I have lowered the price for my Coupe. I need to sell it by the end of October, so I am stepping up a little more.

    I still get a ton of calls off the craigslist ad, and absolutely no activity from AutoTrader. For the record, if anybody wants to sell their car, just use CraigsList. AutoTrader has been a total waste of time and money.

      It was kind of a fluke thing. I’m not sure why, but it didn’t come up in my M Coupe search either. I did a Z3 Coupe search just out of curiosity, and it came up in there.

    A friend from Louisville, KY called to tell me this one showed up at a local used car agency. Salvage title, and a dealership that doesn’t know a thing about BMWs (i.e., AMG package, 5-cylinder engine) but if someone is in the area it might be worth swinging in to take a look.

    I drove this one for a few hours last week. It really needs a lot of work. The car dealership guy is very nice, but knows nothing about the Coupe. He was pleased to have me drive the car and offer impressions. Little did he know how little I know (smile). Notwithstanding, I think the car, being sunroof delete, might be a good candidate for a race car. He would let it go for 9K I think, maybe less.

      The Craigslist ad was deleted, and if you read through the Honda Marketplace listing you could see why the seller may have taken down the ad (and not come back to the forum conversation).

      Unfortunately, I do not have any other contact information for that seller. There are two people that left comments on that listing that were able to get a hold of him though. He must be out there somewhere.

    Hi,I have not been on site for a while you have done a Super job a real pro . Thanks for all your love for these cars plus others that feel the same. I am not sure if I will ever sell my child & it is the BEST in the world,I have never added the amount of money put into my car I am sure it’s 85,000 plus including auto I do have all records & work was done by award winning 5 plus times Master BMW tech,it runs like a Patek I don’t drive to often as It stays next to the younger M-6 plus two wheel kids. If someone wants only the best coupe they can send me a note- Auto is complete ” SD ” Supercharged plus all . Thanks again & HNY Mark
