Sold 5/27/12 - Purchased by the dealership who recently had the high mileage, steel gray S54 who intended to keep it for himself, but it's already been sold again.

4/26/12 Update - Listing is a bit misleading, as there is some non-obvious damage that the listing doesn't mention. I added a new photo of the front grill as it sits now. You'll definitely need a new hood, front grills, and possibly bumper. That's also a dent in the right rear quarter panel. The seller is hoping for $10k or best offer. It's definitely going to require some TLC.

It looks like it's in relatively good condition for the mileage. The included snow tires are a plus if you plan on daily driving it (which I assume you would with this high mileage). The price is best offer. Could be a good deal.
