5/1/12 Update - Cameron has very generously agreed to share the PPI inspection report he had done yesterday. Overall, issues seem to be primarily cosmetic. I have the photos to go along with it as well. Send me an email, and I'll forward them to you.
I had the car taken to Korman Autosports in Greensboro this morning and did the full PPI. They took some photos and sent them to me. Here are the highlights.
There appears to be either a bumper repair or replacement from an unreported accident. The paint isn’t great on top of the bumper with crap in the finish, but the bumper itself was correctly installed and the exhaust tips are straight. The rear hatch also appears to have been painted.
The sunroof doesn’t close completely, the motor seems ok so they think the cables have stretched out.
The subframe looks good without any popped welds or cracks.
The left rear marker light is not working
There is a dent in the left rear quarter panel just behind the door gap (visible in one of the photos)
There is a dent in the passenger door near the door latch.
The front bumper is scratched up where a front license plate was
The headliner was loose (I suspect it was from ES Motorsports pulling the headliner down to try and fix the sunroof)
The cooling system was pressure tested and was fine. The engine was compression tested and came out fine.
They drove it around the block and it drove fine, but ES Motorsports didn’t leave the dealer tag so they couldn’t take it on the highway and test it at speed.

4/25/12 Update - Now on Ebay with no reserve! Hopefully the let the auction run it's course. I haven't seen an S54 coupe with no reserve for a long time.
4/21/12 Update - Everytime they posted a new Craigslist ad they raised the price. From $22,500 to $22,999 to $24,999 and now $25,000. Hmm... No longer a very exciting deal.
4/17/12 Update - Added lots of photos. It looks pretty good and is all stock as far as I can tell.
4/17/12 Update - I confirmed that it is at ES Motorsports which makes it a little less exciting.
Definitely a cool color combo. The new clutch is nice, and it says it's been well maintained. No photos yet, but if it has a clean title and is in good shape, it is pretty well priced.
