There's never been a better time if you're looking for a dakar yellow M Coupe. There are now 3 on the market. This one appears to be in great shape inside and out. It appears to be stock besides the Dinan intake and chip. Having a few major components replaced under warranty is nice. There are 41 coupes in this color combination making it pretty rare, and the seller is right about there being 24 with sunroofs built in 2000. The rare color combination means there's a small price premium, but if you want a pristine dakar yellow coupe, this looks like a good bet.
