Seller Description

Estoril Blue Metallic over Gray & Black leather, very low mileage, S54 engine, with sunroof delete option. Super rare color combo with only 16,600 miles. I have never seen another M-Coupe in this configuration (Estoril Blue over two-tone Gray/Black, sunroof delete option). Brand new Goodyear Eagle GT tires with only 300 miles on them. No accidents, never tracked, raced, autocrossed, or run hard. Original owner, non-smoker, always garaged, and kept under an indoor car cover. Purchased in Southern California from Brecht BMW in Escondido, and the car has remained in this area ever since (no snow, hardly any rain, no hail). Factory features include the Harmon Kardon Audio system with CD player, heated power seats, power windows, and power door locks. I have all of the original documentation, and I have all of the service and maintenance records. This car is totally stock, with no modifications other than the following. First, there is a BMW factory alarm installed. Second, as of the submission date of this ad, the shift knob is a basic non-illuminated version from BMW (it's a long story, and it involves a dumb car detailing guy). Anyway, I will have the shift knob replaced with the original illuminated "M" version before I sell the car. Third, although this has nothing to do with the car itself, I am including a custom-fit indoor cover by California Car Covers. I rarely drive this car (it is my third vehicle), so it just sits in the garage under a cover most of the time. It's really a shame, and it's a little embarrassing to admit that I've never really enjoyed what this car has to offer. In fact, the original tires that I recently replaced still looked brand new and I only replaced them due to their age. I really should keep this car, but I need the extra garage space for my new plug-in car. I am hoping to find an M-Coupe enthusiast or collector who recognizes the true value of this car. Please, serious inquiries only. Thanks for looking.

This is pretty much everything you'd look for in a keeper: an S54, sunroof-delete, rare color combo, one-owner, service history, and very low mileage. It's one of two S54s in this color combo without a sunroof and the only one for 2002. The photos look as nice as you'd expect as well. I think the price is very fair.
