Seller Description

Very well maintained, oil and oil filter every 5000 km with Mobil 1. Car has only had to go to a shop to have an alignment after suspension installation. I completed all other maintenance or performace part installation myself.

July 2005, 51605 miles, Purchased from Performance Auto in Saint James NY and imported into Canada.
July 2006, Front and rear pads and rotors
July 2006, Battery replaced.
Aug 2006, New tires, Falkon FK-452 front 235/40/17 and rear 255/40/17.
March 2007, Rogue Engineering rear shock mounts.
March 2007, H&R springs and Bilstien shocks, alignment
May 2007, Hatch Struts
May 2007, Ireland Engineering Subframe bushings, trailing arm bushings.
April 2010, Refinish all rims and new tires on rear only, Falkon FK-452, 255/40/17.
April 2010, New carpet M Floor mats, New front grill (tabs broke on original).

Sold 5/14/11 - Heard this one sold. Congrats to the new owner!

5/8/11 Update - Price reduced to $16,750 from $17,995 making it a pretty good deal period.

2/19/11 Update - Price reduced to $17,995 from $18,750. It's a good deal for Canada.

11/16/10 Update - Priced lowered to $18,750 which is pretty good for Canada. It is becoming winter up there though.

11/8/10 Update - Updated listing with some much better photos. The exterior looks really nice.

10/13/10 Update - The mileage is actually 20k miles higher than the seller originally posted. He did drop the price all the way down to $20,000 from $26,500 though making it a better deal. He has also posted a couple photos, but they are from back when he got it.

This sounds like a nice coupe. He's done a lot of the common suspension modifications, exhuast, and rear wiper delete. The newly refinished roadstars will be really nice. It's never winter driven and seems to be well maintained. The price is high by US standards but not too far off market value in Canada.
