This rare M Coupe is one of only two ISC 3 Coupe conversions ever performed by DINAN Factory Works in California. The Conversion was completed in 2002. At the time of the conversion, the original stock M coupe had covered 22,000 miles. Thus, the supercharger, intercooler, suspension, etc only have around 28k miles. The cost of the DINAN conversion was $32,900 and included the entire gamut of DINAN go-fast parts:

Supercharger
Integrated intercooler
Cold air intake
Carbon fiber engine cover
Oil cooler
High flow intake manifold
Free flow exhaust
Reprogrammed engine management system
Stage 2 clutch assembly with lightened flywheel
Limited slip differential
Performance lowering springs
Adjustable struts and shocks
22mm anti-roll bars
Front camber plates
Camber adjustable rear sub frame
Strut tower brace
DINAN exclusive 5-spoke 17-inch light-weight Fikse wheels (Kuhmo 255/40’s in front and 285/40’s in rear)
DINAN floor mats
DINAN leather seats
DINAN deck lid badge
DINAN serial number plaque under hood

Recent work performed at DynaSport includes:
-New Clutch at 42k miles
-A/C condenser replaced (due to leak)
-Front and rear brake pads (fully ceramic) and rotors (cross drilled)
-Front spoiler splitters
-DINAN water sock for the air filter

This car is fast and fun. It’s been very well cared for, adult owned and driven. Original owner had vehicle for 5 years, had the DINAN conversion performed, drove it for 3 more years and traded it in to Park Place BMW. Park Place sold it to a collector in 2005 who only added 3k miles and then sold it into Texas in 2006. The car returned to Portland in 2007 and has remained there since. The M Coupe was in a minor fender bender in 2008. No frame damage occurred and all parts that were replaced were new from BMW/DINAN (no used parts). All accident repairs were performed professionally at DynaSport LLC. With the M Coupe comes every service record from when the car was new, the build sheet for the DINAN ISC 3 conversion, and the DINAN ISC 3 brochure. Title is clean and clear and vehicle just passed Oregon emissions.

9/20/10 Update - Auction ended with a high bid of $20,100 which did not meet the reserve.

9/16/10 Update - Here are some more photos including some from the "fender bender": Flickr Photo Gallery

This is a pretty interesting coupe. I believe it is just 1 of 2 and the $32,900 conversion is crazy but true. It's cool that you get a serial number plaque under the hood and embroidered headrests on the seats. A lot of the other parts I've seen on other coupes, but never a complete package. It seems to be very well documented despite changing hands several times. I wouldn't worry too much about the fender bender, but you may want to ask for photos as I'm sure he has them. I'm very curious to see what his "super low reserve" is set at.
