This is a beautiful car which has always been garaged and or covered out of the weather.   I have meticulously maintaiined and cared for it.   It needs nothing and starts, runs, brakes  and  shifts perfectly.   It has never been in an accident  or sustained any damage of any kind.  This is a California car  for it's entire life and it's near perfect conditon reflects that.  The car just passed smog with flying colors.  Everything works as it was designed to.  The michelin tires are in very good shape  and were purchased this year.  The car has very low milage  as I am a motorcyclist and very rarely drive it, every few weeks for short errands only.  It comes with a new cover and BMW ski racks which are specific for this model only, are in my storage somewhere and are included if and when I can find them.  I believe I can...  The car is very tight and handles superbly.  I am moving shortly to the coast and have too many vehicles to take with me and expose to the salt air.   I must sell it immediately and hate to do so as it is so much fun to drive, so this is a no reserve auction and  with my 100% feedback score, you may bid on my car with confidence.  The car has no warranty but it is mechanically perfect and runs so well.   The buyer must pick the car up or take care of the shipping.  I require  a $1000.00 pay pal deposit at the close of auction and full payment in 7 days of the auction close  in the form a  casiers check or personal check and after a cleared check I will sign over the title.  Any questions at all, please call me 818 317 6625.  Good luck! Bill    PS, after submitting my ad and reviewing the post I read the auto check listing and disagree with 2 notes:  one, I am the 2nd owner and they must regard  Santa Monica BMW as the first owner because I purchased the car from one of their salesman when it was four years old.    Secondly   it mentions the car was a fleet or lease vehicle at some point which is simply not true.   In additon:   I viewed my enlarged photos of the car and each one appears to have blemishes or scratches which is just the flash in the morning light.   The car has no dents or surface scratches on it. The paint is for a twelve year old car,  exceptional!  with only the most minimal wear at all...
