10/15/12 Update - It has 93,000 miles. The title is clear, but it has a dent in the driver side quarter panel that may require panel replacement (notice the two photos of the passenger side). The only other modification is the shift knob. Still not a bad deal, but not quite as exciting.
"Low mileage" means different things to different people, but if it has a clean title, anything less than 130,000 would be a pretty good deal. The year isn't mentioned, but I think it's a 1999 based on the headlights and grill. It looks like it's in nice shape and stock other than the Euro clear corners.
