I purchased this car back in February, 2007 and it's been my daily driver ever since. It is a solid car, but showing it's mileage in many small ways. The paint is not perfect (clear coat peeling on rear bumper), the leather is not perfect (steering wheel fade), etc.

Recent Maintenance:
New front rotors and pads installed August, 2012
New clutch installed October, 2011 (throw out bearing had failed)
New Tie Rods installed March, 2011
Oil changed every 3-5k miles with Mobil 1

9/14/12 Update - A little more information from the seller:

Title is clean. I believe the car fax came back clean when I bought it back in '07. The dealer who inspected it back then found the hood to have been replaced or repainted and some newer front suspension components leading them to believe that at some point it had been in some sort of accident.

The mileage is pretty high, but it does have some good recent maintenance. It appears to be owned by a fairly active Bimmerforums member which is always a good sign (and he has a CLOWNSHU license plate). At this mileage, it will probably need some TLC, but I bet it's a good driver. Besides the rear bumper, the paint looks pretty good in photos as does the interior. I think the price is fair.
