9/23/12 Update - Price reduced to $14,994 from $16,984 making it a pretty decent deal.
The AutoCheck report is clean, and it appears to be all stock aside from the LeatherZ Mark2+ armrest and Dinan intake. It looks like it's in great shape for the mileage with just a little rash on the wheels and some very slight interior wear. I think the price is fair due to the great condition.
