Seller Description

I absolutely love my M Coupe, but I’ve finally decided to let it go for a bigger car.

This car has been very well maintained as you can see by the long list below. All of the parts are genuine BMW parts (unless otherwise noted) and were purchased new and installed professionally. I have all of the receipts for the parts and labor performed on this car.

This car has not been tracked and does not have the rear subframe issue (inspected less than 500 miles ago).

My Comments

Sold 8/8/10 - Reported sold on Bimmerforums ad.

8/6/10 Update - Seller posted a couple engine bay photos. He also added some more information after a forum member checked out the car yesterday:

"I had a fellow bimmerforum member look at my car today, and he found that the boots on both sides are torn and could possibly be leaking grease.

also, I’ve been noticing that the clock inside the car runs kind of slow sometimes...not sure why. other than that there are no issues with the car. I'm open to any type of an inspection, if anyone wants to check out the rear subframe or what not.

The interior is actually black and gray... (it has large gray panels on the dash and center console, wrapped in black)"

8/2/10 Update - Price drop to $12,500 from $13,500

This looks to be a well taken care of example. He's done all the bushing replacement and addressed many of the other issues that come with a high mileage car. The only thing left may be updating the cooling system and waterpump. His couple mods are also nice. The paint and interior look to be in very good condition for the mileage. He said it has gray/black two tone interior but it looks all black in the photos which is kind of weird. I get the impression that it's parked outside from the photos and outdoor car cover. That's not as big of deal in Southern California and does not appear to have greatly affected the car's condition. The price seems fair for the condition and mileage.
