You are looking at a beautiful 1999 BMW M Coupe. One of 2000 only produced, this car is equiped with a 265hp in line 6cylinder engine and 5 speed transmission. The car has mostly freeway miles, but has been maintained very well and is in very good condition. All services are up to date and all service records including original dealer invoice come with the car. It has optional sunroof and adjustable roof racks, sunroof, heated seats, alpine CD player with IPOD input, upgraded speakers (Rainbow) with power amplifier. Exterior wise, the paint is mostly original, it has had a few fender benders over it's life, but still retains most of it's original paint. The car overall looks great, has a few small nics here and there from normal driving but nothing serious. It has at one time had it's hood and front bumper cover replaced from a light right front collision, and also it's rear bumper cover replaced also from a seperate light impact. The title is clear, and any damage it had was repaired with all proper BMW parts. The wheels have some curb rash as expected from an 11 year old car with mileage. The looks excellent and drives great.
Interior wise, I would say it is in excellent condition and was well cared for. There are no rips in either of the leather front seats, carpeting is like new, no rips, stains or tears. Dash and gauge clusters look excellent in person as they do in the photos. Oil pressure gauge has a loose connection somewhere and is intermittent but is accurate and does work. Arm rest was replaced, center console looks excellent. Headliner is in excellent shape as well, dome lights work as they should. Vent control knob only works in high position, but AC blows Cold and heater also works well. Shifter and boot look excellent as well as the steering wheel. The car was very well taken care of in the inside as it was on the outside and mechanically.
Mechanically, the M runs great. As I said, I have a very thick folder of service records from day one including original dealer invoice, scheduled maintenance, services etc. The car has had all it's major service completed which has been documented by records. The engine runs excellent, as most of the 197k miles were freeway miles. The transmission shifts perfectly and is not loose whatsoever. Don't let the mileage fool you, this car runs and drives excellent. The steering feels tight and it handles excellent. The front tires have around 15k miles and the rears have 65k, they are Khumo brand and are run flats. The battery was replaced in 1999. It could use new control arm bushings up front which are cheap. The brakes I have had inspected and I had the front pads replaced and disks resurfaced, rears were over 50%. Radiator has had a repair to the plastic and should be on the to do list in the near future to be safe.
