I ran across a gentleman that works in the building adjacent to mine and noticed he pulled into the lot with a black M Coupe.

Other info: car is bone stock, one owner (original), all receipts for maintenance, brand new tires on all four, new brake pads all around, new tune up, non smoker, always garaged (he said there has never been a drop of rain on it even). It is a 2000, did have a sunroof. I started talking to him and he was debating to sell it as he is retiring and doesn't want to take it with him to South Carolina.

The car has 26,500 miles and he said he would let it go for $31K. That seemed a bit expensive, but thought I'd ask.

Car is MINT. I didn't notice one rock chip, no curb rash, seats look damn near brand new. The car still has the new car smell too, haha.
