Seller Description

Perfect example of one of the best BMW's ever made.

I bought it 5 years ago, and it has been babied since. It is in immaculate condition, and i can say with confidence that it is one of the cleanest M coupes around.

I never drove it in the snow, nor the rain. It has always been very well maintained, and I do have all the service history.

Modifications include Bilstein shocks with H&R springs to improve the already great handling, and Remus exhaust to amplify the sound.

Inline 6 cylinder. 260 hp. All this power in a small package. Much faster than most 300+ sports cars.

Brakes are over 75% all around, and it has brand new rear tires.

Only 2180 units were made for North America.

Private sale, save on tax.

No test pilots.

My Comments

Sold 5/18/12 - Listing was removed already. Looks like it sold quick this time.

5/5/12 Update - After a year off the market, it's back at $23,200 up from $21,900. Also has about 1,000 more miles.

6/29/11 Update - Not sold, the seller decided to hold onto it. Good choice!

4/25/11 Update - Auction ended with a high bid of only $13,100. I'm guessing because it's in Canada.

4/17/11 Update - Now on Ebay with a $22,900 buy-it-now

4/4/11 Update - Price reduced to $21,900 from $24,900

3/22/11 Update - Price raised back up to $24,900 from $22,500 I assume because it's spring.

2/10/11 Update - I guess it did not sell. The ads just accidentally expired. They should be back soon.

12/13/10 Update - Price drop to $22,500 from $23,500

7/27/10 Update - Price drop to $23,500 from $24,500 and added a new set of photos

7/3/10 Update - Price drop to $24,500 from $26,500

It looks like it's in great condition as described. His suspension and exhaust modifications are nicely chosen. The price is really high by US standards but is pretty inline with Canadian prices. It's also nice that he has all the service records. As far as I can tell, it looks like a US model.
